I know what you’re thinking. Didn’t she long ago hop aboard the gay-marriage bandwagon, knowing that it’s now an absolute litmus test for Democrats? Granted, she only formally expressed her support for SSM in 2013, but surely that support encompassed a Supreme Court ruling on equal protection legalizing gay marriage nationwide. The left might tolerate her being a Wall Street crony and a hawk and about 8,000 other things they profess to loathe, but they won’t tolerate her thwarting their “Selma envy†by hedging on gay marriage. They let Obama slide on that in 2008 because it was still...

MSNBC’s Thomas Roberts and Joy Reid noted that Hillary Clinton had undergone a politically convenient evolution on same-sex marriage on Wednesday’s “MSNBC Live.” Roberts pointed out that Clinton’s statement that she hopes the Supreme Court will rule that same-sex marriage is a constitutional right is “a different line” than Hillary’s position in an interview she conducted with NPR last year, where she said, “for me, marriage had always been a matter left to the states…I fully endorse the efforts by activists who work state-by-state,” and that after leaving the Secretary of State’s office she was able to “very quickly announce...

Last Sunday, Hillary Clinton announced her candidacy for the presidency of the United States. She also revealed her new campaign logo. The logo is unique to say the least and was met with a great deal of mockery and derision from all corners of the World Wide Web. Many Americans still haven't had a chance to see the logo yet, so I went down to the National Mall and asked Americans what the logo reminded them of and whether they thought it would make a good symbol for Hillary's fledgling campaign.

VIDEO This is Just sad. On Tuesday in Iowa, Hillary Clinton’s ‘Mystery Machine’ van was seen arriving at her first campaign event when, suddenly, a flock of reporters chased after her. The footage has produced a comedic response of sorts:

Hillary Clinton's astroturf candidacy is in full swing in Iowa. Her Tuesday morning visit to a coffee shop in LeClaire, Iowa was staged from beginning to end, according to Austin Bird, one of the men pictured sitting at the table with Mrs. Clinton. Bird told Daily Mail Online that campaign staffer Troy Price called and asked him and two other young people to meet him Tuesday morning at a restaurant in Davenport, a nearby city. Price then drove them to the coffee house to meet Clinton after vetting them for about a half-hour. The three got the lion's share of...

Hi. My name is Erika Smalley. I grew up in Iowa. I am currently a student at Kirkwood Community College. That's the same place that Hillary Clinton visited on her first campaign stop to my state. I went there to see if I could meet Hillary. Here is Hillary’s press release: Screen Shot 2015-04-14 at 3.36.14 PM I arrived about an hour before the event and all I could find were reporters. Lots of reporters. IMG_0156 Which is funny, because all they had to stare at was an empty Iowa field. IMG_0179 Anyway, some protesters trickled in. IMG_0158 These guys...

".....Back in 1999, Walker was a 31-year-old state assemblyman, while Clinton was preparing to run for the U.S. Senate in New York as a Democrat. In January of that year, the future Badger State governor called into Bob and Brian, a popular morning radio talk show based in Milwaukee and heard throughout the state. Among Walker's comments about the state and national political news was his assessment of Clinton's political assets and liabilities. "Her poll numbers do very, very well when she’s not talking about much and when, quite frankly, when people feel a bit sympathetic for her having to...

Hillary Clinton has arrived at her first campaign stop, completing the 965 mile trip from Chappaqua, New York to Le Claire, Iowa in about two days time. Her choice of transportation? A Secret Service owned and operated van. The van, however, isn't an everyday minivan or even a full-sized van. It's a luxury vehicle outiftted with top amenities. Specifically: It's a limited edition Chevrolet Express van upfitted with a Limited SE packed by Explorer Vans company "It's very luxurious," a salesman who helped deliver this vehicle tells me on the phone. "I'd rank it up there with the best." The...

Most voters think Hillary Clinton will be the next president of the United States even though they have very mixed feelings about her. To see survey question wording (click here)

It is fair to say that Hillary Clinton is as liberal as Ted Cruz is conservative. This will explain why our so-called "objective" media are already treating Hillary as the Third Coming (Obama was No. 2) while Cruz merits hide-your-children alarms. Just the adjectives give it away. Hillary's Twitter launch on April 12 was received with words like "sleek," "savvy," "trending," "electrifying," and "approachable" She was packaged by the press exactly as she wanted it: a humble "champion of everyday Americans." Compare that to the Ted Cruz launch on March 23. These words framed the introduction: "scary," "dangerous," "slimy," "firebrand,"...

All the talk about GOP Sen. Marco Rubio’s prospects as a presidential candidate raises an inevitable question for Democratic favorite Hillary Rodham Clinton: If she’s the nominee, will she choose a Latino as her running mate?

Time to put the pedal to the metal. On a sunny Sunday afternoon, just hours after officially declaring her presidential bid, Hillary Clinton hopped into a black van for a 16-hour road trip from Chappaqua, New York to Iowa. Clinton is traveling with longtime aide Huma Abedin and spokesperson Nick Merrill. Secret service is with them and she is not likely behind the wheel herself. The trip will take her along I-80 through the swing states of Pennsylvania and Ohio before she arrives in Iowa. Americans love road trips. As Clinton prepares for her first public appearance as a presidential...

New York City mayor Bill de Blasio once again refused to endorse his former boss, Hillary Clinton, in remarks today. "This is a different country we’re living in right now, and I think we need to hear a vision that relates to this tim," de Blasio said.

Former Secretary of State and newly-announced presidential candidate Hillary Clinton should probably watch her phrasing after she told Iowans she planned to “drink [her] way across Iowa.” No, she wan’t talking about alcohol. Clinton reportedly made the comments at a coffee house in Cedar Rapids. “The big rallies and massive fundraising blitzes have to wait,” read the AP report on the stop. “Hillary Rodham Clinton is getting her 2016 campaign for president started with a few caffeinated beverages and says she’s ready to ‘drink my way across Iowa.’”

Hillary Clinton is in it to ... assure you that she'll work hard to deserve your vote, especially if you're an everyday American. "Everyday American" is a short phrase that encapsulates the grand strategy of her campaign, a subtle way of throwing shade on the non-everyday Americans — the people that Elizabeth Warren decries, the 1 percent, the Wall Street bankers, and, generally, opponents of progress. Whether Clinton's campaign will be revolutionary or regular is a question that'll take at least a year or more to answer. Judging by the way the media dissected her campaign video, political reporters will...

The foreign ministers of Germany and France appear to publicly back Hillary Clinton’s bid for the US presidency. Laurent Fabius of France and Frank-Walter Steinmeier of Germany offered unusual praise for Clinton, who on Sunday revealed she was joining the race to replace Barack Obama at the helm of US government. They were joined by Nicolas Sarkozy, the former French president. Fabius described Clinton as “an exceptional woman for a job that requires exceptional qualities”, a comment Reuters called a “rare show of support from a French official to a candidate for a crucial foreign election”. It came after Steinmeier...

In the video announcing her presidential candidacy, Hillary Clinton says the economic deck "is still stacked in favor of those at the top." She should know because she has gobbled up a lot of cash for speaking fees and the Clinton Foundation. The video also includes the word "reinventing," a kind of self-reset button (it didn't work with the Russians, but she apparently thinks it will work for her). After 67 years on this earth, the last 23 of which have been in the political spotlight, Hillary thinks the public may not know who she is. In fact, we do...
