The video can settle for once and for all: How many people were in the TCF Center and is there any validity to the excuse that they were past “COVID capacity” – the excuse they used to exclude the Republicans from watching vote processing Why did so many Democrat poll workers bring in suitcases? Did they hide illegal ballots in them like their colleagues in Georgia? Were the machines networked? Can we see the modem and the wires networking the tabulating machines as described by Patrick Colbeck? Who brought in what at 3:30/4:00am, were they ballots as the Republicans have...

The full State Senate could vote as early as next Monday on a resolution to hold the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in contempt for failing to comply with two legislative subpoenas issued last month related to the 2020 General Election, the chairman of the Arizona Senate Judiciary Committee announced Tuesday. “The resolution is being introduced and is expected to have its First Read on Wednesday,” Sen. Warren Petersen told Arizona Daily Independent. “It could be on the Senate Floor as soon as Monday.” The resolution can pass with only a simple majority of the votes, which is 16...

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is again refusing to buckle to pressure from Republicans who control the Arizona Senate and turn over elections equipment and ballots from November’s general election. The Republican-dominated board on Tuesday let a noon deadline for complying with a Senate subpoena pass without acting after hearing from their attorneys. The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Warren Peterson, warned of “serious legal consequences” if the board continues to drag its feet. This could land them in jail for contempt, if one of the Senate Republicans who issued the subpoenas has his way. Peterson tweeted that...

Stacey Abrams, the former Georgia gubernatorial Democratic candidate and star voting rights activist, has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, Reuters reports. Abrams and her organization Fair Fight Action were integral in increasing Black voter turnout in Georgia this election cycle — a sprawling, years-long effort that culminated in the long-time red state turning blue. Lars Haltbrekken, a Socialist Party politician in Norway’s Parliament, said Monday, the first day of Black History Month in the U.S. and the last day for someone to be nominated for the prize, that “Abrams’ work follows in Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s footsteps...

Democrat lawmakers on Thursday introduced a bill dubbed the “Vote at Home Act,” which seeks to “massively expand vote-at-home ballot access,” enacting automatic voter registration and providing voters with pre-paid ballot envelopes. Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.) introduced the bill (pdf), saying in a press release that the legislation is meant to “fight voter suppression.”

HOW CAN CONGRESS IMPEACH TRUMP FOR CONDUCT THEY APPROVED THROUGH LEGISLATION?This will be a short post (for me). Because it’s a simple question. Simple logic determines the answer. Congress has enacted a federal statute designed specifically to test a federal office holder’s right to office. The federal quo warranto statute is located in the Code of Law for the District of Columbia at Chapter 35. § 16-3501 states:“A quo warranto may be issued from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in the name of the United States against a person who within the District of Columbia...

Democrats introduce their first bill in the House: H.R.1 – The bill that will destroy America. Nationwide mail-in voting, banning restrictions on ballot harvesting, banning voter ID, criminal voters,DC Statehood roadwork, it’s all in here. 1) Internet-only registration with electronic signature submission. “(a) Requiring Availability Of Internet For Online Registration.—Each State, acting through the chief State election official, shall ensure that the following services are available to the public at any time on the official public websites of the appropriate State and local election officials in the State, in the same manner and subject to the same terms and conditions...

Basically, Bloomberg wrote an article that reported, that Amazon is arguing, that a National Labor Relations Board decision to approve vote by mail (regarding an Amazon v labor union issue) promotes a risk of fraud. Vote by mail, being justified by a fear of COVID-19. Website 'Nation and State' wrote its own synopsis of the matter; and that may be viewed at the provided link, above.

This is the official user manual for Dominion Voting Systems' Democracy Suite. One troubling thing I heard was that votes were not stored as integers, but as floating-point decimals. I als heard that there is a setting that will count votes at fractions of votes, ie. a vote for Trump is counted as 0.75 vote and a vote for Biden counted as 1.25 votes. Let's see what incriminating evidence we can find in this thing.

The rejection rate was lower than in the March primary, when 102,428 mail-in ballots were disqualified in the state’s 58 counties, or about 1.5% or the nearly 7 million mail-in ballots returned. A proposal under consideration in the Legislature would extend the universal vote-by-mail system for another year, which would cover a potential recall election for Gov. Gavin Newsom in 2021 In the run-up to November, then-President Donald Trump was among the skeptics who questioned the integrity of mail-in elections, saying without evidence that “a lot of people cheat with mail-in voting.” Historically, there is no evidence of widespread voter...

Due to the irregularity of this current 2020 Presidential Election, this is a crowdsourcing tool for organizing anomalies and legal issues. Our desire is that more of the election process would be made transparent so there would be unquestionable confidence in our voting systems. This is for aggregating publicly available items of evidence that would be admissible in court, not general election news stories or updates.

Yes, President Trump Won:Volume Three of the Navarro ReportVolume 1 of the Navarro Report, The Immaculate Deception, assessed the fairness and integrity of the 2020 Presidential Election by identifying and assessing six key dimensions of alleged election irregularities....Volume 2 of the Navarro Report, The Art of the Steal, examined the institutional genesis of the six types of election irregularities. One key finding: The Democrat Party efforts to strategically game the election process across the six battleground states began years before, and in many cases, shortly after President Trump was elected in 2016. ...Volume 3 of the Navarro Report is designed to...

January 13, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – The primary uses of the propaganda campaign to bully the public into thinking President Donald Trump “incited” the storming of the U.S. Capitol last week are obvious: whip up enough fear and anger at the president to impeach and bar him from running again in 2024, divide Republican officeholders who have kept Trump’s base at arm’s length, and create a pretense to expand their war on dissenting social media voices. But there’s one more target that has largely gone overlooked, and it’s slated to descend on the nation’s capital in less than three weeks.Friday, January...

Democrats must use our majorities to defend America from those who fueled and supported the riots. That means making it easier for every American to vote. ... I've been fighting for more than two years to pass universal vote-by-mail legislation in the Senate, where Republicans have blocked it again and again. That can't go on any longer. We saw unequivocally this time that voting by mail is secure, convenient and good for turnout. It's also among the best ways to combat racist disenfranchisement, because people opposed to your voting can't shut down your polling place if your polling place is...

From an undisclosed location, witnesses are testifying about the satellite vote swap scheme (See The Italian Job: Explosive New Testimony in Dominion Election Fraud) perpetrated from the second floor of an office on Rome’s Via Veneto. They have also pointed out increased activity between Italian government officials and the Chinese embassy. U.S. Sec State Mike Pompeo warned the world as recently as September when he said that Chinese tech deals would compromise Italian citizen’s privacy, and soon enough, the country’s own sovereignty. Speculation is growing that the Chinese backed moves against Prime Minister Conte are in part to silence any...

Justin Mealey, a data scientist with the Data Integrity Group, told The Epoch Times on Jan. 5 that adjudication of 106,000 ballots on the election day in Fulton County, Georgia, is “physically not possible.” Mealey worked in the U.S. Navy for 9 and a half years and was a former CIA contractor as a data analyst and programmer for the National Counterterrorism Center. He currently works for one of the “big four” accounting firms as a programmer. Adjudication serves to resolve issues of voters marking ballots incorrectly, and the tabulating machine could not read it. A review panel will...

Rome, Italy (January 5, 2021) – An employee of the 8th largest global defense contractor, Leonardo SpA, provided a shocking deposition detailing his role in the most elaborate criminal act affecting a US election. Corroborating the DNI Ratcliff’s report of international intrusion, Arturo D’elio outlined the scheme that proved successful in using Leonardo computer systems and military satellites located in Pescara, Italy.

President Donald Trump was wrong. There is no discrepancy between the number of voters and the number of votes counted. The claim that there were more ballots than voters comes from a flawed analysis done by state Republican lawmakers who relied on incomplete data and a misunderstanding of how those data are collected. [snip] Trump’s false claim: “More than 60,000 ballots in Pennsylvania were reported received back, they got back, before they were ever supposedly mailed out. In other words you got the ballot before you mailed it!”The reality: As with the claim about discrepancies in vote histories, this appears...
