The fact the rejection rate dropped with more ballots is a good indicator of widespread voter fraud.
Of course Newsom would want mail-in voting for his recall election. He could mail in as many pro Newsom votes as he needed.

Elections officials don’t verify citizenship with mail-in voting. There is a ‘yes or no’ question on the registration form but its based applicant using the honor system. There is no verification.

They’re trying to claim vote fraud is evidence of a clean election.
This is just like an e-mail exchange that I had with a well-educated moderate friend (who has a Masters in Mathematics). Once fraudulent ballots are separated from their envelopes and mixed in, it is essentially impossible to forensically prove fraud. This is a feature and not a bug.

WE have to get into those nursing homes first and harvest those ballots before they do.
WE have to change our registrations and volunteer to work elections, then when we are picking up ballots from drop boxes in heavily Dem areas, WE need to accidentally drop half of them in a shredder.

You’re correct that that is the problem. The courts and legislatures have, clearly, determined that the criteria of “legality” is of little to no importance. Now that we know the ground rules, we have to respond accordingly.
Historically, election officials resist investigating potential fraud, even when the mechanisms for rapid and easy fraud (such as mail in ballots and now ballot harvesting) exist. When they refuse to investigate or to implement voting integrity measures, of course there is no evidence.
