BAGHDAD — Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) yesterday captured two warranted al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) terrorist group members responsible for multiple vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) attacks throughout Baghdad and Kirkuk. In Mansour, southwest Baghdad, the ISF, with U.S. advisors, arrested an AQI VBIED facilitator named Muhammad Walid Khalid al-Juwali, also known as Abu Anas. Abu Anas was planning future VBIED attacks in Baghdad, threatening Government of Iraq institutions and security personnel.
