Is there a reason they're not using airborne water tanker planes to fight the LA fires?

Fox 11 News covering Pacific Palisades Fire in Los Angeles are talking live to Rick Caruso, a major developer in LA. He stated there is no water coming from fire hydrants because of neglect and firemen cannot spray water on the fires. LA mayor Karen Bass is not even in the country, she’s in Ghana. Caruso said reservoirs that provide fire hydrant water were not re-filled. Caruso also slammed CA and LA for not clearing brush for decades.

The Constitution and Bill Of Rights limit governmental authority in favor of individual freedom in several key areas such as the right against double jeopardy and the right to speak, free of government restriction. My theory is that Democrats steal races by spoiling ballots. For example, in the US President and Senate race in Michigan the discrepancy in votes between President Trump and Senate candidate Mike Rogers is vastly different than between Kamala and Slotkin:Trump: 2,802,428 votes Kamala: 2,720,831 Rogers: 2,685,804 Slotkin: 2,705,115 The difference between the Democrats is only 15,000 (reasonable) while the difference between Trump/Rogers is 117,000. Couple of notes: Dominion voting machines are in use. The indicators showing that they are currently not hooked up to the internet but one never knows when that can change.
