Dennis Miller on the Tonight Show was excellent.. as unpredictable he is in the political realm, he showed his true colors tonight. Stated his deep concerns over Kerry's vacillations and inability to state a position on Iraq.. and some other issues.. and then expressed his support of Bush on the Terrorism Issue... after describing Kerry's multiple positions on the subject, he says he likes Bush because he is a regular guy, he wakes up each morning, puts two feet on the floor, stands up and scratches his b_lls, and says "lets kill some more terrorists".. came across very well, even...

The vice presidential candidates' debate tonight between Republican Vice President Dick Cheney and Democrat Sen. John Edwards, touted by the mass media as a possible pivot point in the presidential election, is missing a vital component -- four other candidates for the same office. Because several candidates were excluded from the "official" debate, there will actually be two debates between vice presidential candidates tonight in Cleveland, Ohio. Libertarian Richard Campagna, Pat LaMarche of the Green Party, Ralph Nader's independent running mate Peter Camejo, and Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party all plan to take part in a debate for "third...

I used to think Jay Leno was pretty unbiased becaue he always seemed to hand it out evenly to both sides. This year we face a presidential election and Leno has been worse than ever in his shows. He usually only makes 1-2 jokes per day about Kerry and they're usually only just about the size of his head. Rather with Bush, he frequently shows taped bumblings, ridicules his policy, and comments that infer Bush is stupid and untruthful. Screw Leno. Screw his program. I'm dome watching it. I can see through his bias programming. Liberal Lettermen and Liberal Leno...

BURBANK, Calif. - Riding in on a borrowed Harley-Davidson, John Kerry appeared Tuesday on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" as rancor within his presidential campaign continued to boil. The Massachusetts senator, wearing a leather jacket, blue jeans and a denim shirt, rode the motorcycle onto the stage. The Democrat talked mostly politics during the interview with Leno, generating few laughs. He criticized George Bush's handling of the war in Iraq and told the president to "get off his high horse" and involve other countries in postwar efforts. Kerry also said the improving economy wouldn't be a major issue in...

Over the weekend, it was determined by Senate Republicans that the best way to approach a Lott removal was by calling for a new round of elections for leadership positions. Lott had made a point of calling for early caucus elections after the November general elections, in part to avoid a challenge from the likes of Don Nickels and Mitch McConnell. 'Lott is trying to avoid a caucus meeting a caucus vote at all costs,' says a senior leadership staffer.'He knows that if the caucus gets together, all that is required is a motion and several seconds from the floor...

Leonids starring tonight in the sky 11/18/2002 By ALEXANDRA WITZE / The Dallas Morning News You've heard it before, but don't give up: This year's Leonid meteor shower could be a shooting star spectacular. Monday night, if North Texas skies are clear, the Leonids will blaze in their annual light show. With luck, viewers might even see a veritable meteor storm, as some astronomers are predicting. But nobody can tell with certainty. AP Last year's Leonid meteor shower over Japan's Mount Fuji was captured in this time exposure photograph. "If I knew, I'd be in Vegas," says Don Garland,...
