President Bush appointed a longtime scholar at the American Enterprise Institute yesterday to be his top domestic policy adviser, a post that has been vacant since February, when Claude A. Allen stepped down after being charged with stealing more than $5,000 in a phony refund scheme. Karl Zinsmeister, who has worked the past 12 years as editor in chief of the American Enterprise magazine, is slated to assume his White House post June 12. BESET by low ratings and an increasingly unpopular war in Iraq, US President George W. Bush concluded today that perhaps all his trash talk in the war on terror was not such a good idea. I was just now saw someone in a wing parachute falling very fast from my backyard in Deer valley. Looks like he was falling way to fast to have survived and went down on Union Hills and 7th ave. Can not hear any aircraft that he may have come from. No one would be out skydiving at 8:35PM over a major city? If anyone hears anything on this let me know!

I have been watching NFL football today, one of my few TV viewing vices. The games were great, especially the Lions finally winning an opener in a convincing fashion. However throughout the games, on those channels as well as several others I watched are these totally vulgar ads. For those of you who have not seen them the theme is that 'cable TV sucks'.
