Someone just parachuted over my house in Phoenix in a hurry

I was just now saw someone in a wing parachute falling very fast from my backyard in Deer valley. Looks like he was falling way to fast to have survived and went down on Union Hills and 7th ave. Can not hear any aircraft that he may have come from. No one would be out skydiving at 8:35PM over a major city?
If anyone hears anything on this let me know!

I hope whoever he is that he is ok. At first I was going to make some silly comment about Mexican's shooting themselves over our great border fence, but then thought mejor of it. Hopefully, the parachuter is ok. Probably just doing some stunts.
