As Hurricane Francine made its powerful landfall along the southern Louisiana coast Wednesday evening, a live weather report took an unexpected political turn, leaving a Fox Weather reporter triggered. .....snip..... The weatherman from Fox Weather was stationed in Morgan City to report on the hurricane’s impact. But it was a man wielding a massive Trump flag running behind the weatherman during a live broadcast that stole the show. Out of nowhere, a man in the background appeared, sprinting with a gigantic Trump flag flapping in the wind. His bold display of political support in the middle of a natural disaster...

(WHDH) — A school cafeteria worker is facing criminal charges after she invited teenage boys to “sleepovers” at her home, where she served them alcoholic beverages and played pornographic movies, authorities announced Tuesday. Dawn Marie Baye, 38, of Chauvin, Louisiana, was arrested on the morning of April 30 on charges including 10 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and eight counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, according to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office launched an investigation into Baye on April 21 after receiving a complaint from a concerned parent of one of the...

If a white cop had shot and killed that 14-year-old kid in Houma last Tuesday, there's a good chance Houma would be a household word. The town dodged a racial bullet. Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's deputies responded in force to reports armed "men" had entered an abandoned house. Houma is not some sprawling, crime-riddled metropolis; chances are good everyone knew or could see the house was abandoned. It wasn't quite 6 p.m. - plenty of light left. Cameron Tillman, a black 14-year-old freshman at Ellender Memorial High School answered the door when the cops knocked. He was shot and killed. Initial...

The teen shot and killed Tuesday (Sept. 23) by a Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's deputy was holding a BB gun, The Courier reported Wednesday. The deputy, who was investigating reports of armed individuals at an abandoned house in Houma, was met at the door by 14-year-old Cameron Tillman holding a BB gun, Terrebonne Sheriff Jerry Larpenter said. The deputy, thinking it was a real gun, "feared for his life," he said.

<p>Hunt Downer: 'I had to prepare for war' John Hill Posted on September 3, 2003 BATON ROUGE - As Gov.
