A shirtless, babyfaced 12-year-old was led cuffed from a Florida police station to be transported to jail after being charged with a triple murder Thursday night. Christopher Atkins, 12, and Robert Robinson, 17, were both hauled in and charged by the Marion County Sheriff over the deaths of three other minors whose bodies were found earlier this week. VILLAHERMOSA, Mexico — Police have arrested a 16-year-old boy and two young men for allegedly killing a state congressional candidate and his family. Tabasco state Attorney General Rafael Gonzalez says the three told police they planned to burglarize the home of 43-year-old Jose Francisco Fuente and rape his 38-year-old wife. Robbers shot and killed an ice cream vendor Saturday and held up two other ice cream vendors in separate incidents in Oak Cliff, police said. Dallas police investigate the shooting death of a man who was selling ice cream on Emmett Street near Brighton Avenue. Alfonso Fuentes, 28, of Dallas was shot in the chest, police said.
