Officials at Virginia Commonwealth University are pledging a $20,000 reward to anyone with information leading to the location and return of missing VCU freshman Taylor Marie Behl. "Please keep Taylor, her family and friends in your thoughts as we hope for her safe return," VCU President Eugene P.
