The investigation into a missing Virginia Commonwealth University freshman from Vienna took a new turn Wednesday.
Police filed unrelated charges against a person questioned in the student's disappearance.
Police searched the apartment of 38-year-old photographer Ben Fawley as part of a child pornography investigation, according to court documents. According to the search warrant, investigators went to Fawley's apartment looking for images and documents related to child pornography and the distribution of child pornography. Investigators said they took away at least five computers and an assortment of computer equipment.
Fawley is a friend of 17-year-old Taylor Behl, who has been missing for 16 days. His lawyer, Chris Collins, said that there are indications that Fawley and Behl had an intimate relationship. Collins said that Fawley saw Behl on the day she disappeared but had nothing to do with the disappearance. He also said the pornography investigation has nothing to do with Taylor Behl.

According to Janet Pelasara, Taylor's mom, Ben Fawley (aka Sculz or Sculz67) had to be in court on Monday for a trespassing warrant.
According to some blogs, he did time in Ohio for auto theft.

Only a perverted pedophile would get into kiddie porn. Its not like there is any money in it. Mostly its for the pleasure of the perp and they pass it on to other sicko's. You can only sell the porn in secret to people as sick as yourself. It isnt like regular porn that can be marketed most anywhere. This guy may indeed be involved in the dissappearance.

Sadly college females are constant prey for male predators across this country. The colleges keep it low key because they don't want to scare students, parents and THEIR SCHOOLS REPUTATION. I wish more parents would educate their kids about campus dangers before sending them off into the great unknown. Parents complain about everything else but foolishly assume sending their kids off to college is an automatic safe haven when it's anything but.
Why weren't there predatory child pornographers like that when I was in school? /sarc
