Wednesday’s Notable Events: From 1727-1803 PST the CISO spinning reserve was deficient, reaching a maximum deficiency of 321 MW at 1752. Actual spinning reserve was 416 MW while required spinning reserve was 737 MW. CMRC did not issue a directive because mitigating measures were observed and spinning reserve was starting to recover.
