LAREDO, Texas – A Houston-area man and woman are set to appear in Laredo federal court on allegations they attempted to smuggle undocumented aliens inside a stolen trailer. Police say they found the dozens of people in the 12000 block of Chessington Drive in the southwestern area of the city.
