If they qualify for in-state tuition...everyone needs to copy the formula and get the same deal....just adapt to some Hispanic-sounding name.
DACA means Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Deferred means “do it later” not “do it never”. The “deferred action” is deportation. DACA was started in 2012 by the kenyan. It is now 2021. 9 years is “later” enough. Deport now!
IF They are foreign nationals clearly they do not qualify for in-state tuition.
IF They Falsified their residence then they have falsified their application.
What happen to DACA. Oh, I know. There weren’t enough of them to influence elections so they included Dreamers. I supposed those crossing the border now will be classified as “Wanna Be Dreamers” so they will be entitled to the same benefits.

With the 2022 primaries around the corner, candidate lawmakers should now be detailing how they are going to deal with so-called “Dreamers.”
Candidates for federal and state office should also now be explaining that the states have never expressly constitutionally give the feds the specific power to make peacetime restrictive gun laws imo.
I dream of never hearing about illegal dreamers.
Protections for illegals..........hmmm, I’m SURE he’ll extend protections for Asian, Black, Hispanic and dare I say WHITE folks from Dreamers who are also CRIMINALS?????
