Flynn attorney Sidney Powell appeared on The Evening Edit with Elizabeth MacDonald on Tuesday to discuss the ongoing persecution of General Mike Flynn. At the end of her interview, Sidney Powell said a “truth bomb” in Flynn’s case will be dropping shortly. “We want to talk to you some more about what’s going on with General Flynn’s case. It seems to be in abeyance until after the election — it looks like that, right?” Fox Business host Liz MacDonald said. “Oh, no. There will be another little truth bomb coming shortly,” Sidney Powell said. TRENDING: Charges Filed Against Trans Elections...

Sidney Powell, lawyer for former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Michael Flynn, revealed Tuesday during a final sentencing hearing that she personally asked President Trump not to pardon Flynn. Powell did not say why she made that request, but it suggests she preferred the court to dismiss Flynn’s case, rather than have the president intervene with a pardon. The Associated Press reported her request “presumably reflected a defense team desire to have Flynn’s case dropped through the court system and have a judge concur with the Justice Department’s assertion that the prosecution may be abandoned.”

Michael Flynn’s defense attorney Sidney Powell appears with Liz MacDonald to discuss the ongoing corrupt evidence surfacing against a variety of DOJ and FBI officials to include the special counsel effort to scrub their phone records. Within the interview Ms. Powell highlights the arc of the investigative effort from the origin of ‘Spygate’ through the term of the special counsel led by Andrew Weissmann, and into the Senate effort to cloud and conceal their own participation. That the majority of the D.C. Circuit cannot see that Judge Sullivan has a vendetta against Michael Flynn makes one wonder if they are blinded to their own bias as well? In an 8–2 decision, the D.C. Circuit yesterday denied Michael Flynn’s petition for a writ of mandamus that would have ordered district court Judge Emmett Sullivan to dismiss the criminal charge against Flynn. While the majority’s opinion presented a methodical analysis, devoid of the partisanship Sullivan displayed in handling the case against Trump’s former national security advisor, only politics can explain the D.C. Circuit’s decision. Here’s why. Flynn’s attorney,...

...Powell began with a short opening statement and then responded to questions posed by the 10 active judges hearing the appeal. (Judge Gregory Katsas did not participate in the en banc proceedings.) Jeff Wall, the acting solicitor general, argued next on behalf of the government, followed by Beth Wilkinson, the private attorney retained to represent Sullivan. Powell and Wall concluded with short, two-minute rebuttals. The questions posed focused mainly on the propriety of mandamus in the Flynn case given that Sullivan has not yet ruled on the government’s motion to dismiss. Mandamus is an extremely rare remedy, appropriate only when...

The dispute over the Department of Justice's move to dismiss criminal charges against former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn will get a rehearing by the entire District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals, the latest twist in the long-running legal drama that stemmed from the FBI's investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia in 2016. The order was issued Thursday by the court. Called an "en banc" hearing, all 11 judges on the appeals court will sit in on a rehash of arguments that were made before a three-judge panel in June, which led to a...

Jan Jekielek at the Epoch Times held an exceptional interview with General Michael Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell a week ago where Powell’s entire timeline in regards to the government’s sham case against General Flynn was discussed. This powerful interview is worth your time because it outlines the massive corruption surrounding the Flynn case that goes on to this day. We asked a week ago – What is Judge Emmet Sullivan waiting for?General Michael Flynn was lied to, set up multiple times before and after the Trump inauguration, excessively and to the point of illegally unmasked, targeted, ambushed in the White House,...

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, through his counsel Beth Wilkinson, has asked for U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to rehear his case against the immediate dismissal of the Michael Flynn prosecution. The Thursday petition for rehearing comes after a three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit granted Flynn’s petition for writ a mandamus on June 24, directing Sullivan to dismiss the case. “The panel majority granted the extraordinary writ of mandamus to prevent the district court from receiving adversarial briefing and argument on a pending motion. The opinion is couched as a fact-bound ruling based on...

The judge in Michael Flynn’s criminal case asked a federal appeals court Thursday to reconsider its ruling last month ordering him to dismiss the prosecution of the former national security advisor to President Donald Trump. Judge Emmet Sullivan’s lawyer asked for a so-called en banc review of the decision of the appeals court, which would involve all active judges on the court to re-hear the case.

Can someone please fire Christopher Wray already? Please? – Jeffrey Jensen, the U.S. attorney for Eastern Missouri assigned by AG William Barr to review the DOJ’s despicable conduct of the Mike Flynn frame-up case earlier this year, came through again today with the revelation of more potentially exculpatory documents that had been withheld from Flynn’s lawyers by the FBI. The documents include handwritten notes from both FBI Super-Duper Agent and aspiring Latin Lover Peter Strzok and Deputy Assistant Attorney General Tashina Gauhar related to the January 25, 2017 meeting in which Strzok and fellow FBI agent Joe Pientka attempted to...

In this video, Sidney Powell is interviewed by Janiak Alec for nearly an hour. I learned many facts about the case I had never heard before or put together. Sidney Powell explains how she became involved in the case, many of the abuses by the prosecutors, Flynn's former lawyers, and Judge Sullivan. She talks about what may happen on the way forward, and that more exculpatory evidence is going to come out the longer the case continues. For anyone interested in this case, this is a treasure trove of what happened and what is happening in the case.

Sidney Powell, the tenacious lawyer who corrected the judicial abuse of her client, General Michael Flynn, is reminding us that she and her client believe he was originally targeted for destruction because he was aiming to investigate what he believes was serious corruption at the CIA under its director, John Brennan. Via Lifezette: Sidney Powell, attorney for retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, said her client, in his duties as the White House national security adviser, was prepared to "audit" the U.S. intelligence community. That, according to the former federal prosecutor, is partly why federal agents "set up" Flynn. Powell, who...

Molly McCann is of counsel at Sidney Powell, P.C., the defense firm for General Mike Flynn. On Twitter today, she took apart yet another piece of false reporting by the corrupt Democrat activists at the New York Times. It’s a brilliant take down that everyone should read. Here is McCann’s destruction of the Times’s despicably false piece, in full: The New York Times has no credibility as it continues to maliciously twist the truth with “reporting” that obfuscates the truth and panders downright lies. In an op-ed today, the NYT takes facts and tries to create a completely false narrative....

Appearing Thursday on Fox Business Channel’s Mornings with Maria, attorney Sidney Powell said her client, former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. (ret) Michael Flynn, was planning to “audit” U.S. intelligence agencies before the fateful 2017 interview which the FBI used to prosecute him. A partial transcript is as follows: MARIA BARTIROMO: This is September 2018, we don’t have any evidence of collusion. And yet, they still wanted to take down Trump’s campaign, beginning with General Flynn. You basically open this up, this is going to be a domino effect, giving us a window into what really took place. Are their...

At the end of the day, Judge Henderson may decide, based on the long and sordid history of this case, that it isn’t just Judge Sullivan’s amicus who is intemperate. Over the course of nearly two hours, a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals quizzed attorneys for Michael Flynn, the Department of Justice, and Judge Emmet Sullivan. The questions posed during oral argument suggest the court is hesitant to order Sullivan to dismiss the criminal case against Flynn — at least at this time. How the court will rule, however, likely rests in the hands of Judge...

Judge Emmet Sullivan appeared as unofficial amicus curiae for the Resistance in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals in the Michael Flynn criminal case yesterday. Sullivan, who has presided over the Flynn case since December 2017, was ordered by the federal appellate court to respond to Flynn’s previously filed petition for a writ of mandamus. Flynn sought the writ of mandamus after federal prosecutors moved to dismiss the criminal charge the special counsel’s office had filed against him in late 2017. Flynn originally pleaded guilty to the charge of lying to FBI agents about his December 2016 telephone conversations with...
