The new and improved Obamacare website struggled under heavy traffic loads on Monday, but still appeared to operate pretty much as the Obama administration has promised: Okay, but not perfect. After a weekend of final, intensive fixes, officials unveiled a somewhat repaired HealthCare.gov on Sunday and promised that it will work well enough to serve the Americans who want insurance exchange coverage by New Year’s.

For 75 million Americans who get their insurance through large companies, the Affordable Care Act is a mixed bag.  Experts tell NBC News the new healthcare law is only slightly increasing premiums next year, but causing some companies with the most generous plans to reduce their employees’ benefits. Aaron Baker, 36, his wife Billie and their two young children are covered under a generous health insurance plan offered by the private Midwestern university where he’s worked for 10 years. The American phoenix is slowly rising again. Within five years or so, the US will be well on its way to self-sufficiency in fuel and energy. Anyone notice how CNBC's Jim Cramer ripped Obama's policy initiatives, expressing dismay at how Obama was continually screwing up in regards to fixing the financial mess, and how Jon Stewart takes Jim Cramer to task after the fact? Where was Jon Stewart before Jim Cramer ripped Obama's policy initiatives? And where was Jon Stewart in regards to how Barney Frank, the Banking Queen, and Chris Dodd did more than their fair share of helping to screw the economy up? I'm no fan of Jim Cramer, but I really doubt Jon Stewart's sincerity in this matter.
