The new and improved Obamacare website struggled under heavy traffic loads on Monday, but still appeared to operate pretty much as the Obama administration has promised: Okay, but not perfect.
After a weekend of final, intensive fixes, officials unveiled a somewhat repaired HealthCare.gov on Sunday and promised that it will work well enough to serve the Americans who want insurance exchange coverage by New Year’s.

The hackers have been rather disappointed at the number of people whose identity they could steal at Healthcare.gov.
Now they're getting the numbers they need to generate the income their mob bosses expected.

It still boggs-down or crashes if there are more that 30k-40k people on line at any given time. The back end is still not fixed. Even if you complete the process, you still may not have confirmation that your transaction is completed.

If the essential function of the website is to deliver customers to insurance companies and coordinate their subsidies, it fails completely.
The only thing so far they have accomplished is being 90% successful in registering people to begin the process.
Of course the insurance companies are not allowed to tell us the real numbers we want, which is how many actual dollars have been collected in premium payments. Because that number is most likely Zero.
