Man fined for killing niece under karo-kari SUKKUR: A jirga [tribal court] held in Arsala Bijarani village near Tangwani town of Kandhkot-Kashmore district on Sunday ordered a man to pay a fine/compensation of Rs1.5 million for strangling his 18-year-old niece to death on the charges of maintaining an extramarital affair a couple of months back.
