A year after his upset presidential victory, critics of Donald Trump took to the streets of Eugene today. As KLCC’s Brian Bull reports, the protest went primal, fast. About 30 people with the group, Indivisible Eugene, gathered near the federal courthouse, to decry the GOP tax bill, Trump’s cabinet picks, and the President’s inaction on gun control following mass shootings in Las Vegas and Texas. With real and paper megaphones at the ready, anti-Trump activists let loose with what’s called “primal scream therapy”…a way to release pent-up frustration.
