Katrina Bill Enactment Held Up - Sept. 8, 2008 As GOAL members are aware, the Massachusetts version of the Katrina legislation S.1401 "An Act Prohibiting the Confiscation of Lawfully Owned Firearms During the State of Emergency", was engrossed by the House and Senate in the final hours of the formal session.
