LOS ANGELES (AP) - Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo says he takes responsibility for a 2004 accident in which his wife damaged a city-owned vehicle while driving with a suspended license. Delgadillo told reporters at a news conference this afternoon that he realizes he should have spoken up earlier. He said "That was a mistake." He says he mishandled the situation and he apologizes.
