The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office on Thursday confirmed for the first time that Robert "LaVoy" Finicum was the man shot and killed during the traffic stop on U.S. 395 that led to the arrest of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupation leaders. The examiners office didn't release the results of the autopsy and refused a request by The Oregonian/Oregon Live for a copy of the report.
