A veteran who made headlines by offering to take Rep. Maxine Waters' seat at President Trump's first State of the Union address will indeed be in attendance. After seeing Ricky Taylor's appearance Wednesday on "Fox & Friends," Rep. Sean Duffy (R-Wis.) invited him to the event and he accepted. Waters (D-Calif.) is one of several Democrats who are skipping the event, telling MSNBC last week that Trump is "the most despicable human being that could possibly ever walk the earth."
