<p>A Pakistani man who pleaded guilty to being an illegal immigrant in possession of firearms was ordered deported Wednesday, six months after he was arrested by federal agents investigating the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.</p> <p>Prosecutors have said they have no evidence linking Raza Nasir Khan, 30, to terrorism, but that when FBI agents questioned him after the attacks, they discovered he had overstayed his work visa.</p>

A federal judge in Wilmington has ordered an illegal Pakistani immigrant to be held without bail. But U. S. Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge says there is no proof Raza Khan is involved in any terrorist activities. His attorney did admit that his client did overstay his visa and was wrongly in possession of firearms as an illegal alien. Khan was arrested Monday after he had requested maps of a hunting area near a nuclear power plant.
