Commuters got quite a distraction from rush hour traffic Friday on Prince William Parkway near Interstate 95 – a naked man jumping on the hood of a car. Yes, you read that right. COLUMBIA, S.C. — People on hand for a news conference at the South Carolina statehouse got quite a surprise after a woman showed up half-naked. The incident was caught on camera. Officials were in Columbia to promote the state’s zero tolerance litter campaign when the woman walked up wearing a bra, underwear and shoes. Officers quickly took the 42-year-old woman into custody. She is charged with disorderly conduct. There is still no word on the reason behind her half-naked frolic.

A state representative in Massachussetts is being investigated after allegedly sending pictures of his genitals to a government computer. The investigation is ongoing and the committee has not formally reprimanded the individual in charge, but it is being widely reported that Democratic State Representative John Fresolo is the one behind the scandal. He allegedly sent 'lascivious photos of his privates' to a computer at the State House, and an aide complained to the Ethics Committee to start the investigation. The San Francisco Board of Supervisors has voted narrowly to forbid public nudity in the City by the Bay. This is considered to be outrageous by defenders of the right to public expression.

San Franciscans may be forced to wear clothes outside of their homes and some nude activists aren't pleased. City lawmakers are scheduled to vote Tuesday on an ordinance that, if passed, would make it illegal for anyone over the age of 5 to expose their genitals in public. SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A San Francisco supervisor is fed up with the almost-daily displays of nudity in one city neighborhood. Supervisor Scott Wiener plans to introduce legislation on Tuesday that would make it illegal to walk around nude on San Francisco streets. The city currently allows nudity except in parks, on port property and in restaurants. Wiener's legislation would add city plazas, parklets, sidewalks, streets and public transit to the ban. It would, however, allow nudity at parades and street festivals.

KNOXVILLE — A 46-year-old Knox County man has been arrested after he was using a chain saw in his yard to cut up a toppled tree while nude.
