Document CMPC-2004-000156.pdf dated October 19 2002 contains a very important list of projects which indicate that Saddam regime planned to re-start their prohibited nuclear activities. The list is written by the Iraqi National Monitoring Directorate warning the Iraqi Atomic Energy Organization that some of these projects that they are planning to execute are prohibited by the UN resolution 707, some require constant monitoring, and some may raise a lot of questions about it. The following is a translation of a newly posted Iraqi document done by an unofficial translator. The document, posted in Arabic, is from a Department Of Defense program.
