The Boulder County Drug Task Force announced Thursday it had arrested 10 people in connection with selling drugs on or near the Pearl Street Mall, including Jeff Christen-Mitchell, a Libertarian candidate for Boulder County Commissioner in 2004. Christen-Mitchell was charged with one count each of distribution of marijuana; conspiracy to distribute marijuana; possession of marijuana with intent to sell; possession of more than 8 ounces of marijuana and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
