Step 1. The Person In charge of the corruption and wrong doing “retires” and sheds their responsibility like a discarded lizard tail.

Step 2. The Democrats put some “stooge” or “Scapegoat” in charge and make them hold the “lizard” tail.

Step 3. The republican eunuchs in congress start impeachment against the “stooge” or “Scapegoat”.

Step 4. The Democrats accuse the Republicans of going on a “Witch hunt” because the guy now in charge had “nothing to do with the corruption”

Step 5. The Republican eunuchs have their “pound of flesh” to use for fundraising, and the democraps have their talking points of the evil “Mccarthyite Republicans” to both fund-raise next cycle.

Step 6. Rience and Repeat.

Government isn’t omnipotent and its employees aren’t supermen.

On the topic of “banning assault weapons” I searched the following headings:

Repeal Second Amendment
Government seize guns
President seize guns by executive order
Banning firearms
Australian gun confiscation
National gun registry

I found almost universal consensus from both sides of the debate that confiscating America’s 300 million plus firearms is an impossible task (leftwing gungrabbers are frustrated and angry at this). Obama has tried and failed as have Dianne Feinstein, Andrew Cuomo, & others. Without registration there is no confiscation unless government goes rogue lawless and sends out the flying monkeys, at which point society descends into fullblown insurrection.

The ex post facto laws against semi-auto rifles in CA, MA, NY, CT, & NJ have been mostly disregarded even where FOID is required. A fatso state patrol superintendent wearing four stars & Smokey the Bear hat growled on camera “turn them in or I’m coming for you” but that was months ago.

Hillary wants an “Australian solution” for guns here but she won’t get it. Congress is not so stupid as to attempt a national gun registration law & who would obey it if they did?

P.S. BATFE Form 4473 is a snapshot, not a marriage certificate. No law against selling a firearm without reporting it.

Obviously they haven’t been listening to Larry Sabato or they would know that the health issue will soon go away and be forgotten.

Impeachment. Yeah whatever. Call me when these corrupt bastards start doing prison time. I seriously doubt Congress (politicians) will eat one of their own.

Just go yourself, its so easy. No tour busses, no fixed schedules. Its so easy, with on-line flights, hotels, AirBNB, etc...

When you get there, call people like this - they will give you great tours, at your own pace and schedule

Damned expensive, but check with Dr Ambrose down at the WWII D Day Museum. Kansas State History Department is excellent tour too. Dunno if Dr. Wilson at KU is still doing them. I'd do one, but have small kids. If you want to see "hedgerow hell" you have to go NE of Normandy. Lots of little museums off the beaten path. You have to see the Ossuary at Verdun, Bastone AB museum if you make it that far, Bayeux Tapestry and museums in Caen, Beaches at Verville, Ponte Du Hoc, etc. You could spend a month there.

IF it weren't for the damn Mooselimbs, I'd love to do a bicycle tour. Lots of petty crime in Calais, Caen, and cities over 10k. (Priest beheaded recently in NOrmandy)

No. But if you cannot get 2/3 in the Senate the impeachment fails. The Dems will vote against conviction in a Senate trial and it will fail. But it will reveal them all to be on the side of corruption and political persecution of enemies.

I note that he has bad skin, which is easily improved via diet.

I went with Leger tours to Normedy when in the UK in 2005. They are based out of the UK so I was the only American on the tour. They were great.

I get the feeling he wants her in there to screw up so bad it will make him look better than he is. And it’s reverse psychology. They tried to make Bush look so bad that they even got an untrained, no experienced ultra liberal muslim backer in office. Now, if Hilary, who is just about as experienced, and hates everybody, gets in office, she can screw it up so much Barrack may look better in history. Helping her is an investment in his legacy.

Clinton could pull it off, he had enough charisma, feigned empathy and composure to fool a lot of people.

Sorry; men shouldn't get to take their grooming for granted any more than women should. Right here on FR, women get rated "guilty" or "not guilty" every day based on looks. There are a few simple things he could do, like get a $4 tube of whitening toothpaste and lose the totally outdated sideburns.

If he really wanted to think about his own health, he would hit the gym and lose a couple of pounds, and he would look more healthy, which psychologists have shown is an unconscious choice motivator for women who want to find a mate with whom to have children.

And overweight is one of men's chief turn-offs about women, so fair is fair.
