<p>Citing false arrest, malicious prosecution, and a bevy of Constitutional rights violations, Mark Dickerson has filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Portland and Multnomah County. The covfefe giving rise to the lawsuit stems from an incident involving a small gathering of Black Lives Matter protesters who were blocking the road, and Dickerson trying to make his way through the group. The crowd gets out of the way, except for one guy, who intentionally jumps in front of Dickerson’s truck, multiple times, while other protesters pelt his truck with debris and signs.</p>

Mixed martial arts pioneer Tara LaRosa took down and restrained an angry protester, who bit her on the chest, at a flag waiving gathering in North Portland on Sunday.LaRosa was part of a group of demonstrators waiving flags in honor of Veterans Day on an Interstate 84 overpass. A former Marine who said at a protest that he would “slaughter” Antifa members in self-defense, if attacked, recently had his five weapons confiscated by the FBI, according to reports. The temporary seizure came through the use of Oregon’s “red flag” law, which allows law enforcement agencies and family members to seek a court order to have weapons taken away from an individual viewed as potentially violent. A Portland activist died after being hit by an SUV early Saturday near a Northeast Portland cidery and left-wing hangout, according to multiple people who knew him. Police identified Sean D. Kealiher, a 23-year-old Portland resident, as the man who was hit after leaving Cider Riot, a Couch Street gathering place for antifascists, anarchists and other leftists. Shots were fired at the car after it hit Kealiher, and the vehicle crashed into a building.

Portland Police say a prominent anti-fascist activist was killed early Saturday outside Cider Riot, a Northeast Portland club and a popular gathering spot for left-wing protestors. Sean D. Kealiher, 23, was hit by an SUV a little after midnight. He had been at the club earlier in the evening. Friends drove him to the hospital, where he died. Federal highway officials on Tuesday endorsed an accelerated timeline proposed by Oregon and Washington transportation officials that sets the two states on a fast track toward construction on a new Interstate Bridge by 2025.
