The prosecutor who vigorously pursued the case against conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh has been accused of going easy on a wealthy Democrat accused of sex crimes with kids. Billionaire Palm Beach financier Jeffrey Epstein, 53, was indicted last month on a charge of felony solicitation of prostitution. But Palm Beach County Police Chief Michael Reiter wanted Epstein to be charged with the more serious crime of sexual activity with minors. Florida State Attorney Barry Krischer of Palm Beach County rejected that call – even though police believe Epstein regularly brought girls as young as 14 to his mansion for...

It ran on the 12th of August in mid-afternoon. The program detailed the history of the Ku Klux Klan in every respect but one. This one manipulation tells you the purpose of those running the History Channel, and clearly proves the oft-made charge that said location on the television spectrum is when needed nothing more than a propaganda tool for the modern Democrat Party of America. When it is repeated, watch Ku Klux Klan: A Secret History with the following point in mind. During the first half listen for the political affiliations of Klan members in the North. In Indiana,...

Davis Doesn't Fly 08/08 12:00 PM I'm intrigued by the bizarre attention so many conservative websites and bloggers are paying to Lanny Davis's silly op-ed in today's Wall Street Journal. See here. Here's an excerpt from the Davis piece: My brief and unhappy experience with the hate and vitriol of bloggers on the liberal side of the aisle comes from the last several months I spent campaigning for a longtime friend, Joe Lieberman. This kind of scary hatred, my dad used to tell me, comes only from the right wing—in his day from people such as the late Sen. Joseph...

Sen. John Kerry’s 2004 presidential hopes were sunk when he buckled under to “authoritarian” conservatives hellbent on smearing his military record as part of a larger “proto-facist” movement, says a former top White House aide whose testimony helped sink Richard Nixon during the Watergate scandal. John Dean, a Republican who served as Nixon’s top counsel, said Kerry slipped up during the 2004 campaign against President Bush by not suing the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth when they published a book calling into question the Bay State senator’s Vietnam service. “What most surprised me is that Kerry never did anything with...

AP) Little Falls, Minn. It has been reported many times that the residents of Little Falls were so angry with hometown hero Charles Lindbergh's comments that the U.S. should stay out of World War II that they painted over his name on the water tower. The story was part of a PBS documentary about the famous pilot. It was reported in a Pulitzer Prize-winning biography released in 1999. However, many experts doubt it happened. "I've heard the stories but I've never seen the documentation myself," said Marlene White, president of the Anoka-based Lindbergh Foundation. There are some newspaper articles from...

What the Florida States Attorney's Office (Prosecutor) Said Happened MEMO TO THE FILE January 22, 2004 From Ken Selvig RE: Release of letters from attorney for Rush Limbaugh in response to a public records request We have a received a public records request from Peter Franceschina of the Sun Sentinel for, among other things any correspondence to or from Roy Black and his law firm. Mr. Black currently represents Mr. Limbaugh in connection with an ongoing investigation. Yesterday by telephone I spoke with Pat Gleason, the AG's most knowledgeable person on the Public Records Law. I did not tell...

The leak of a Democratic document describing a strategy to highlight contradictions in CIA reports and statements by the US administration about Iraq intensified animosity at a Senate committee. Several Republican Senators accused Democrats of seeking to make political mileage out of a bipartisan inquiry relating to the quality of intelligence used to justify the US-led war on Iraq. Tension has heightened between members of the Senate Intelligence Committee with the approach of next year's election season. "Intelligence issues are clearly secondary to the public's concern regarding the insurgency in Iraq," the memo said. "Yet, we have an important role...

November 6, 2003 -- It's one of the most serious breaches of trust on one of the most sensitive committees on Capitol Hill.

It's a memo, drafted by Democratic staffers on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, that clearly details the manner in which Democrats hoped to manipulate privileged information regarding pre-Iraq-War intelligence to explicit partisan advantage.

On Friday I Emailed the General Manager of our local CBS Station regarding the Reagan mini-series. The following letter: Dear General Manager, It has come to my attention that the upcoming CBS mini-series on Ronald Reagan depicts one of our greatest presidents in a derogatory manner. The show is full of misrepresentations, misquotes, and flat-out lies. CBS has made a conscious decision to conspire with the left wing fanatics of Hollywood in an endeavor to attack and rewrite history on one of the greatest presidents of our time, former President Reagan. As General Manager of a CBS affilate, you have...

Does anyone at the talking head shows notice how far behind the news cycle their shows are when it comes to fast moving events such as now taking place in the California recall election stories? Meet the Press had an editor from the Los Angeles Times on the show and he was asked if he was fed the story about Arnold grouping by a Davis operative. He said absolutely not. Yet, stories out on Saturday say it is absolutely so that a source for the LA Times story is indeed a long time Davis associate, Jodie Evans. In that story...

IF AMBASSADOR Joe Wilson’s wife, Valerie Plame, was indeed a covert agent for the CIA (and not just an analyst), and if a Bush administration official did expose her, a 1982 federal law may have been broken and someone should pay. But considering the many ironies of this story, Wilson’s allegation that Bush’s administration “outted” his wife to punish him (by risking her death, implicitly) just doesn’t figure. Wilson wrote a New York Times op-ed faulting the White House for suspecting that Iraq tried to buy uranium from Niger. (An ambassador in both the George H.W. Bush and Clinton administrations...

You MUST see this!!! In today's Fresno Bee, a truly odious attack on Arnold Schwarzenegger. I haven't the skills to do a direct paste, but click on the link above, to see for yourself, how low the Bee (in Fresno or Sacramento) will stoop, to protect Gray-out Davis...BTW, they also printed nearly a full page of puff-piece, to show Davis as "taking responsibility, and confessing that he's "made some mistakes."God, I despise liberals..... (((shaking head in disgust)))

Michael Moore, winner of the 2002 Oscar for Best Documentary for his controversial "Bowling for Columbine," failed to meet submission requirements of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, a WorldNetDaily investigation reveals. While critics of the filmmaker and author have called on the academy to investigate whether Moore fabricated scenes in the movie, it also appears he misled the academy about the film's eligibility on purely technical grounds. Candidates for Best Documentary feature have unique procedural requirements for eligibility. According to Rule 12, qualification for the 75th Annual Academy Awards in this category demanded that films be exhibited...
