In the eighty years since the project for European integration began in earnest, those latent contradictions have transformed Europe into a tinderbox with even greater potential energy for self-destruction than existed before WWI and II. While the bureaucratic ruling class has actively repressed the historic identities of native Europeans, it has flooded the continent with foreigners who are encouraged to retain their own cultural identities. In this way, a Hungarian or Pole or Dane who celebrates his country’s unique heritage is denounced as a “far-right nationalist,” while a Frenchman who insists that African and Middle Eastern immigrants assimilate to the European way of life is denounced as a “racist” and “bigot.”
This anti-European monstrosity was created deliberately. Simultaneous suppression of Europeans’ national identities and protections for foreign nationals create a kind of “multiculturalism dynamo” that converts Europeans into something alien. Stripped of their native religion, culture, and historic customs and forced to praise foreign religions, cultures, and customs taking hold in the West’s civilizational void, Europeans are effectively assimilated within their own lands. Europeans are taught to despise their own civilization and to bow down before those who seek to replicate a foreign civilization inside Europe. Europe’s bureaucratic ruling class uses foreigners to beat the Europeanness out of Europeans.
Perhaps because a critical mass of Europeans finally realizes what Europe’s unelected bureaucrats have done, a “Great Awakening” is spreading across the continent. After decades of submitting to cultural erasure, a patriotic fervor is taking root once again.

I think it’s fair to say that ordinary Europeans are no longer willing to remain quiet as the bureaucratic ruling class kills what’s left of Europe and hands the carcass to foreign conquerors.

This has been going on ever since Germany started bringing in Turks in the 1950s to supplement the declining German birth rate.
Large culture problem exists when bringing in people who have grown up in traditions of slovenly third world “broken windows” environments of casual regard for others, lack of charity, suspicion of neighbors, toleration of unkempt surroundings, exploitation of unwary customers, grift and bribery in public office, theft and cheating in the marketplace, etc. This list can go on for pages.
Very few of these people want to shake off the old ways and learn a new “national tradition.’ They insulate their old ways in “No-Go zones” of isolated communities and look at their surroundings as hunting grounds.
A recipe for national destruction. You may think it’s bad in the U.S., but Europe may be at a point of no return.
A huge problem of their own making. I hope the citizens have enough rope.
I hope they break out the bagpipes but I doubt they remember.
The Poles aren’t going anywhere. The Hungarians aren’t going anywhere. Maybe the Russians?
Western Europe is a mess. The demographics aren’t good. Mark Steyn knew this and wrote a monograph warning about it that was published in 2008, 17 years ago.

If Ukraine surrenders to Russia, I’d suggest those most-impacted (and endangered) Ukrainians be transferred to UK—even if the US has to pay for it.
I read Mark Steyn’s great book at the time. Unfortunately, America’s birthrate crashed during the Great Recession all the way down to European levels and has not bounced back since. Prior to that, America had maintained its birthrate at replacement level at least.....a generation after Europe’s birthrate collapsed.

“Gastarbeiter” (1961-1973)
If you're going to bring in foreigners, bring in a limited number. Bring in ones with job skills or wealth such that they will never be a burden on the state. Bring in ones from compatible cultures (ie not muslims and not poor Africans) who are most likely to assimilate. Foreigners like that are OK. What we especially do not need are cheap labor, welfare cases and we especially do not need ones like Somalis who are the above AND who are actively hostile.

What was purportedly creating an wonderful mix of “multicultural” happiness has instead has created a caustic swirling hot mess of fetid vomitus.
I am thankful that there are many trees and lots of rope left in the world as people awaken to the pathetic lies of the globalist tyrants.

They can come here. A good time to find out as the gang bangers are being deported. How do I know? I called ATT customer support to set up my modem. She was in Poland. Good English. I should have asked if she’d prefer to live here. How many would jump on the opportunity? They would have business encounters and tourists to be recruiters. I’d be nice if the ‘recruiters’ were all GOP. If Trump can do it with 59 South Africans no reason why we can’t expand on it.
I remember Pat Buchanan saying England should be made a state for that reason. That was long before the muzzies took over.
