After inauguration protests fizzled, President’s Day was scheduled for a soft relaunch of the ‘resistance’ under the umbrella of something called 50501 Movement which called for conducting Not My President protests in all 50 states. They met that relatively low bar (probably) but the rallies were very underwhelming compared to Trump’s first term. The United States was founded on fundamental principles of morality based upon Judeo-Christian doctrine and belief. Americans had an abiding faith in the decency of their country and the integrity of its leaders.
