Poland turns back attempt to ease abortion restriction By UNITED PRESS INTERNATIONAL Published February 15, 2005 WARSAW, Poland -- The Polish parliament voted Tuesday not to consider a controversial bill allowing abortion up to 12 weeks into pregnancy.
