Arizona U.S. Senator John McCain’s daughter slammed former Alaska governor Sarah Palin on Monday, saying she planned on supporting former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney.

Sarah Palin's unfavorable rating has spiked to a new high, adding further fuel to the argument that her presidential campaign may be doomed before it begins. A new Bloomberg poll shows the former Alaska governor is now viewed unfavorably by 60 percent of American adults. That's higher than any other poll has shown, but it's not even the entire picture. A Bloomberg News poll released Thursday shows trouble for the potential presidential candidacy of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin. A vast majority of respondents viewed Palin unfavorably. Sixty percent had an unfavorable view of Palin, compared with only 28 percent with a favorable one.
