CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - The mother of the teen who allegedly planted a pen bomb at his school Monday morning surrendered to police Wednesday morning, and she is now being held at the same jail with her son. On Tuesday, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department issued an arrest warrant for malicious use of explosives, and possession of weapons of mass destruction against the teen's mother, Tracy Bauguess.
