(AP) - A 19-year-old woman has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for torching a historic Williamsport home after she and her family were evicted for not making promised repairs to the publicly owned building. Lauren A. France of Clear Spring offered no explanation or apology Monday at her sentencing hearing in Washington County Circuit Court.
