Two men who were allegedly plotting a mass shooting in Virginia are in the state illegally, with one of the men having been deported several times, according to authorities. Law enforcement from the border region are responding to an active shooter call at a Uvalde, Texas, elementary school. At least one 911 call was placed from within Robb Elementary School.
