Asked about his morning checkup, the president signals a thumbs-up. President Barack Obama got a physical examination this morning at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md. He arrived there by helicopter at about 6:40 am EST. The physical was performed by Dr. Jeff Kuhlman, a Navy captain and head of the White House medical unit, according to Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.
