We people in South Korea must tell you that the so-called president in S. Korea won the election through fraud that we won't forgive. It was done by issuing out two distinct forms of ballot paper, one of which is one and only "formal" type (type A) while the other is "non-existent" (type B) as claimed by the NEC.
