U.S. forces have now surpassed 2,800 strikes against targets in Iraq and Syria under President Obama’s war against the Islamic State, all as part of a conflict Congress has yet to specifically authorize — and amid worries lawmakers won’t ever act. Under intense pressure from Capitol Hill, Mr. Obama finally submitted a draft authorization for the use of military force against the Islamic State in February, but it’s since languished, caught in the stalemate between those who want tighter restrictions and those who want the president to have as free a hand as possible. Now analysts worry that inaction will...

On Thursday evening, the Pentagon confirmed that at the direction of President Donald Trump, US forces killed Iranian Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani in an airstrike near Baghdad's airport, the most drastic step toward conflict with Iran in the 21st century. Soleimani was for decades one of the most important and highly regarded military figures in Iran, playing a pivotal role in shaping Iranian foreign policy and the politics of the Middle East today. The killing of the high-level commander, first reported by Iraqi state TV and later confirmed in a Pentagon statement, is the US's most significant escalation of tensions...

It’s impossible to exaggerate the importance of the elimination of the Iranian al Quds commander Qasem Soleimani. He was killed by a US airstrike which targeted him at Baghdad airport, where he had been met by his close henchman Abu Mahdi al Muhandis and who was killed alongside him in a vehicle convoy with five others. This was America’s response to Iran’s escalating aggression, including an attack on US forces at an Iraqi military base on December 27 that killed a US contractor and wounded several others, and after an Iranian-backed mob attacked the US embassy on December 29 scrawling...

As a radical Islamic army marches across Iraq, America is making a deal with the devil. Qassem Suleymani, the head of Iran’s secretive Quds Force, is allied with us in Baghdad — but he’s plotted to kill Americans elsewhere. As Kenneth R. Timmerman reveals in his new book, “Dark Forces,” Suleymani was even the shadowy figure behind the killing of Ambassador Christopher Stevens in Benghazi, Libya. He’s the Wizard of Oz of Iranian terror, the most dreaded and most effective terrorist alive. He is Qassem Suleymani, the head of the Quds Force, an organization that acts as a combination CIA...

Obama likes Suleimani, and admires his work. As the president reportedly told a group of Arab officials in May, the Arabs “need to learn from Iran’s example.”

Qassem Suleimani, the head of the elite Quds Force in Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, fully deserves his reputation as one of the world’s leading terrorist masterminds. For a decade a more he has been the driving force behind an array of Iranian-sponsored terrorist groups, from Hizbollah to Hamas, which have orchestrated a reign of terror throughout the Middle East. From a purely British perspective, he was responsible for training and equipping the Shia militias in southern Iraq who killed scores of British troops during the dark days of Iraq’s sectarian conflict following the overthrow of Saddam Hussein,....... So you can imagine...

After our embassy in Iraq was attacked by Iranian militants on Tuesday, President Trump immediately did two important things that proved he learned the lesson of the Obama-Biden Benghazi debacle: First, he told the American people the truth about what happened. Second, he immediately sent help to protect our diplomatic staff. Those two decisions might sound like common sense, might sound like the right and decent things to do, might sound like no-brainers… Unfortunately, after eight years of the failed Obama-Biden administration, common sense and decency are not what we expect from our government or our political leaders. On September...

Some things the Dems didn’t want to come out to the public, that’s why they hate President Trump. Last month we reported a story about a prominent Democrat’s child which was implicated in a different form of corporate corruption, in 2014, and, and was later tied to Ukraine, in 2017. That was the son of the House Minority Leader and current Speaker of the House. Ukraine was the best place for the Dems to make money it seems as other members of the party are caught making shady deals there!

Barack Obama’s former Secretary of State, John Kerry was secretly meeting with Iranian officials to salvage Iran’s nuclear weapons program. After the news broke last week, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee called on G-men to arrest John Kerry for his treasonous acts. Kerry was working against the Trump administration to salvage the Iranian nuclear deal.In May of 2018 former Obama Secretary of State was seen dining with several Iranian regime officials. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Trump’s claim that John Kerry violated the Logan Act is “true.â€â€œIt’s true. I mean I was there in Munich when I saw not only Kerry...

The sanctions imposed by President Donald Trump on Iran have more than erased the benefits given by President Barack Obama under the nuclear deal, according to numbers presented by Iranian President Hassan Rouhani. Under the Iran deal, Iran gained renewed access to up to $150 billion in assets that had been previously frozen. The Obama administration also infamously gave Iran nearly $2 billion in cash for the release of American prisoners who were effectively hostages. The money is believed to have been used, in part, to fund Iranian terror operations.Rouhani, quoted by Bloomberg News, said Tuesday that U.S. sanctions have...

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is getting desperate because she hasn’t been able to lay a finger on President Trump. A small group of protesters remained and said they would not leave till U.S. forces were expelled from Iraq. This protest as led by Badr Corps chief Hadi Ameri.

It’s bad enough former President Barack Obama and his then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton left four Americans for dead in Benghazi the night radical Islamist terrorists attacked the U.S. consulate in Libya and nearby annex on Sept. 12, 2012, taking the lives of Winchester native Glen Doherty, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Ambassador Christopher Stevens. But with the sixth anniversary just days away Obama’s remarks couldn’t be more ill timed or insensitive to the victims’ families, who will suffer through another painful anniversary missing their loved ones. In an outrageous partisan speech delivered at the University of Illinois Friday, Obama...

raqi security forces failed to stop the siege of the US Embassy. The Iraqi protesters were carrying Hezbollah flags. President Trump blames Iran: “U.S. President Donald Trump said early on Tuesday that Iran was “orchestrating” an attack on the U.S. embassy in Iraq and will be held responsible for it. But is not only Iran responsible for this situation? Everyone seems to forget who helped Hezbollah and the Iran-backed militia that is attacking our embassy in Iraq.

Iranian militia leader Hadi al-Amiri, one of several identified as leading an attack on the U.S. embassy in Baghdad on Tuesday, reportedly visited the White House in 2011 during the presidency of Barack Obama. On Tuesday, a mob in Baghdad attacked the U.S. embassy in retaliation against last weekend’s U.S. airstrikes against the Iran-backed Shiite militia Kataib Hezbollah (KH), responsible for killing an American civilian contractor. KH is one of a number of pro-Iran militias that make up the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF/PMU), which legally became a wing of the Iraqi military after fighting the Sunni Islamic State terrorist group....

Joe Biden would consider nominating former President Barack Obama to the U.S. Supreme Court if he is willing to become a judge, the Democrat presidential front-runner said last week in Iowa. The vice president under Obama, Biden recently was asked if he would consider nominating the former president to the Supreme Court, if elected. “If he’d take it, yes,” Biden replied, according to Wall Street Journal reporter Ken Thomas. Biden is the polling at the top among Democratic presidential candidates, but his abortion politics are extreme and out of touch with most Americans. Once a moderate, he recently flip-flopped on...

In a departure from the Democratic Party candidate preoccupation of offering up ever bigger banquets of free stuff to voters, Joe Biden has said something that sticks out. He'd offer a Supreme Court spot to former President Barack Obama, "if he'd take it." Here's a report from the Epoch Times: Former Vice President Joe Biden said that he would nominate former President Barack Obama to the Supreme Court if he won the presidency, according to several reports. “Biden asked here in Washington, Iowa, if he would ever nominate former President Obama to serve on the Supreme Court. ‘If he’d take...
