U.S. Sen. Rand Paul’s re-election campaign announced on Monday they have raised $3.8 million for Kentucky’s junior Senator’s 2022 re-election campaign in the final quarter of 2021. The fundraising haul brings Paul’s total raised to $14 million throughout the entire year and leaves him with $8 million cash on hand, according to his campaign. Paul garnered 89,508 donations in the last quarter of 2021, and over 250,000 donations during the course of the year. “Individuals from every corner of the commonwealth, along with those who stand for liberty nationwide, continue to support Dr. Paul’s movement,” said Jake Cox, Deputy Campaign...

In this extended interview, I ask Dr. Paul about his latest confrontation with Dr. Anthony Fauci. Fauci recently said that his critics, like Senator Paul, are "really criticizing science, because I represent science.” That’s arrogant. Paul calls it “reminiscent of the medieval Church,” and he says new evidence proves Fauci did in fact play a part in funding gain of function research in China. We also discuss the rise of inflation in America, and Paul’s fear that irresponsible politicians could destroy the dollar. Extended Interview [30 mins] ...

Sen. Rand Paul sharply criticized the “politicized” FBI and the Department of Justice, calling for more whistleblowers to expose government trampling of American liberties. “I think anytime someone is breaking the law in government, it’s a good idea to hear about it,” the Kentucky Republican said in a Thursday interview with The Daily Signal. “And so, frankly, yes, I think it is a good idea for people to reveal when the government’s breaking the rules.” Paul’s remarks follow news that the head of the FBI’s Criminal and Counterterrorism divisions reportedly ordered agents Oct. 20 to identify threats against school board...

Lately, you might have noticed an increase in prices at the gas pump, the grocery store, and pretty much everything else you can buy. The shelves at stores are empty, employers can't find workers to fill positions, and Americans everywhere are bracing for higher taxes. Welcome to Joe Biden's and the Democrats' socialist America. In their America, it's seemingly okay to spend trillions of dollars, rack up copious amounts of debt, and ignore a crisis at hand. In their America, inflation and supply chain issues are apparently a "high class problem," even as working American families are seeing the greatest...

We went live with AFP President Tim Phillips and special guest Senator Rand Paul to discuss how the PRO Act would harm the American economy and make it harder for people to get back to work. Here's a brief synopsis: Rand says increasing the corporate tax rate would be a huge mistake. He said the cut to 21% under President Trump was a big success and cites the 400 new jobs created in his hometown of Bowling Green, Kentucky by Corvette. Republican Sen. Rand Paul continued to go after Dr. Anthony Fauci in a radio interview Wednesday, claiming he's invested in a Wuhan lab leak theory being discredited because the U.S. financed some of the lab's research. Paul claimed the nation's top infectious disease expert had an 'incestuous' relationship' with Dr. Peter Daszak, a British zoologist whose EcoHealth Alliance non-profit steered U.S. funding toward the Wuhan lab, and the scientists working there. 'It's all so incestuous,' Paul told Tom Roten with WVHU, a local radio station in Kentucky. 'It's a small group of people. Fauci is at the head of this...

As Katie and Spencer reported today, Dr. Anthony Fauci's emails were made available thanks to a Freedom of Information Act request from BuzzFeed news. Sure enough, Fauci was alerted that the virus could have originated from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. One person who was particularly vindicated was Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), who is also a doctor. The senator spoke with Tom Roten of WVHU, a local radio station in Kentucky, that same morning about those exchanges. Paul and Fauci have had many memorable exchanges in the times Fauci has appeared before committee hearings where he is subjected to the...

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., shared two words in response to news of unearthed emails from Dr. Anthony Fauci. Thousands of emails obtained by Buzzfeed News and hundreds more reviewed by The Washington Post through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests show Fauci's responses to both critiques and high praise as he worked to communicate the dangers of COVID-19 to the U.S. as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. "Told you," Paul wrote in a Tuesday tweet with the hashtag #firefauci. He added in another tweet: "Can’t wait to see the media try to spin the Fauci...

Rand Paul said Saturday that he is worried U.S. funding is still being used by the Chinese to develop biological weapons. 'I'm very worried that this stuff still goes on and that the U.S. government's been funding it,' Paul told Fox News' Jeanine Pirro on Saturday. Paul argued that China likely used the 'gain of function,' which means it mutated a virus that usually transmits just among animals so it could jump to humans and in dong so, potentially become more dangerous or deadly. 'We've got a lot of evidence pointing to this lab now,' the Kentucky senator argued, noting...

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Tuesday hit back at late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert for criticizing the lawmaker's reasoning for deciding not to get the COVID-19 vaccine, telling him to "read the science and try to ignore your bias." Paul, who tested positive for COVID-19 in March 2020, said in a Sunday interview that he would not be getting vaccinated, arguing that he already has natural immunity from previously being infected. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has recommended that anyone who has previously been infected with COVID-19 get the vaccine, saying that experts “do not yet...
