    Democrat reporter suspended following offensive e-mail DEMOCRAT STAFF REPORT Political writer Bill Cotterell has been suspended from the Tallahassee Democrat for offensive e-mail remarks to a reader, Executive Editor John Winn Miller announced Thursday.
