Live From CPAC! The Buzz of activity at this booth is so hectic that it might be difficult to maintain this thread. Our booth is on the corner overlooking Radio Row and directly across the aisle from The Leadership Institute. We are adjacent to the Washington Times Monthly, and diagonal to Ocents.com (Seeking the Truth's product booth). Already the attendance for CPAC seems to exceed the years I have previously attended. We just spent about ten minutes with Mark Levin of Landmark Legal Foundation (Freeper - Hold On Now) and conservative luminaries are literally walking the halls. IronJack is right ...

USO Canteen Freeper Style War has come to our shores. It was committed on American soil. We have been able to live in Freedom only because of those who have fought in the past wars giving life, limb and all the sacrifices for us to live in Freedom and go about our day without fear. On September 11, 2001, that comfort, that feeling of living in a land that would not be attacked ended. William T. Sherman said it succinctly, "War is hell." The day has come for this Nation and its people to understand that there is a ...

While reading a Kmart thread, I saw a post about an anti-Rosie boycott. This is distressing to me because, quite frankly, there are a whole slew of boycotts out there and I have no idea that they are going on. Why, my hard earned money could be paying for some liberals champagne wishes and caviar dreams. I am making a general appeal that people post current conservative boycotts to this thread as a public service so that we have a semi-current list. I'll start: Disney Boycott started by Southern Baptists in ??? (Optional) started because of objectionable content/anti-family behavior (Optional) ...

WASHINGTON, Jan 22, 2002 - With important midterm elections less than a year away, I would in past years be moving all around the country in search of insights. But now, as an armchair observer, I turn to those regarded as political experts to help me out. The Washington Post's David Broder and Dan Balz - who almost continually are on the campaign trail, interviewing and observing - tell us that "the political landscape is marked by concern over an economy in recession, threats of additional terrorist attacks at home, and uncertainty about the next phase of the war on ...

Ted Maher -- former Special Forces; Neonatal Intensive Care nurse American Green Beret veteran and accomplished neonatal nurse Ted Maher has now been held 537 days without trial in Monaco's prison on trumped-up and false charges -- charges of causing the deaths of billionaire banker Edmond Safra and Ted's fellow nurse, Vivian Torrente on December 3, 1999. In truth, Ted fought valiantly against two armed, masked intruders to defend Edmond and Vivian and save their lives. During the struggle, Ted suffered severe knife wounds that required one hundred staples to close. Billionaire banker Edmond Safra was cooperating with the ...
