The issuance of "Matricula Consular" identification cards to illegal aliens in the United States by the Mexican government is a frontal assault on America's system of laws and sovereignty. Peddled to Mexican illegals through the Mexican government's many consular offices in the United States, these documents serve one purpose alone: to falsely confer legitimacy upon those who are in this country illegally.
