Athree-member panel of the DC Bar determined on Thursday that former Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark violated ethics rules while aiding former President Donald Trump's efforts to challenge the 2020 election results. The determination followed testimony from Clark's ex-Department of Justice colleagues, who asserted that he had sought to use the DOJ to advance the election disputes, according to Politico.
