EUGENE, Ore. -- The owner of a Eugene cookie store was assaulted while trying to enforce the mask mandate on Wednesday, police say. It happened at about 11 a.m. at Crumb Together on Oak Street when a man and woman walked into the business and refused to wear a mask, police said. Police said Ricki Collin, 34, and Amy Hall, 45, both of the Portland area, were arrested and taken to the Lane County Jail after the altercation.
