New York City required all of its employees to undergo a radical "mandatory" critical race theory training that promoted an "equity lens," "antiracism," and "safe spaces," Fox News Digital reported. According to a city email obtained by Fox News Digital, "The training provides all NYC employees with a framework to understand … the importance of racial equity … in the workplace."
