In our age of gender mania, does anyone even remember the word tolerance, the seemingly modest request of same-sex couples some years ago? Or the Defense of Marriage Act, a statute enacted by Congress and thirty-one states to clarify that marriage could be only between a man and a woman? Official supporters included Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and …. Joe Biden. Obviously the 2015 United States Supreme Court opinion, Obergefell v. Hodges, upended these laws. That opinion discovered, 227 years after the Constitution’s ratification, that the Equal Protection clause demands acceptance of same-sex marriage, though one wonders if real acceptance...

Buckle up, campers, because things are going to get even weirder this evening, courtesy (once again) of the folks at the American Medical Association. According to a recent report published in The Daily Mail, a representative of the AMA has suggested in the June issue of its Journal of Ethics that taxpayers could be put on the hook for a $300,000 surgery to transplant a uterus into a male patient to “subsidize” the cost of the very expensive and totally experimental surgery. And why would anyone need to do this? Two reasons. First, it could alleviate ‘psychological dissonance’ in the...

Sex-change surgeries carried out across US annually have nearly tripled in recent years, a study suggests. The number of gender-affirming operations nearly tripled from 2016 to 2019 before dropping slightly in 2020, according to research published Wednesday. The increase likely reflects expanded insurance coverage for transgender care after the Obama administration and some states actively discouraged discrimination based on gender identity, lead author Dr Jason Wright of Columbia University said. The dip in 2020 can be attributed to the pandemic. About 48,000 patients underwent such surgeries during the five years studied, with about 13,000 procedures done in 2019, the peak...

. @RobertKennedyJr "Tony Fauci Knew That Remdesivir Would Kill You" "How does it kill you?" he asked. "Kidney failure, heart failure, and all-organ collapse." "All the doctors said. You heard it again and again. 'We've never seen a virus that attacks the kidneys.' Because it wasn't the virus; it was the remdesivir."

A California hospital executive and professor claimed children can identify as a mythology-inspired creature and claimed that this category of children love mermaids, according to a presentation reviewed by Fox News Digital. Diane Ehrensaft, a self-identified "feminist" who supports a "gender revolution," is the director of mental health and chief psychologist at the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital gender development center. She is also a professor at UCSF School of Medicine. The developmental and clinical psychologist specializes in pediatric "gender-affirmative care for transgender and gender-expansive patients." Her biography paged reflected that Ehrensaft focuses her research on how genders before puberty develop...

When I was very young, I was manipulated into sex reassignment (also known as sex/gender correction or sex/gender transition) by a transsexual man in his mid-40s. For several years he gave me puberty blockers - dangerous substances that block the effects of testosterone - and hormones of the opposite sex, i.e. estrogens. Just before I turned 18, a psychologist, psychiatrist, and sexologist, after one visit, without any tests, fabricated a diagnosis of transsexualism and referred me, officially, for a sex change, which should never have happened. Currently, I have had a reversal procedure, returning to the true sex I was...

he American Academy of Pediatrics decided to "reaffirm" its stance on pushing child gender transition operations but ordered a "systematic review" amid a growing number of states outlawing the practice. The AAP's Aug. 4 decision to "reaffirm" its green light for child gender transition procedures is under the microscope as more than 20 states have outlawed the practice and European doctors have taken the opposite approach. UP FOR DEBATE: WHERE TRUMP, DESANTIS, AND REST OF REPUBLICAN 2024 FIELD STAND ON KEY ISSUES The AAP also appears confident the review will justify its current position on allowing children to pursue genital...

FRANKFORT, Ky. (KT) – During his weekly Team Kentucky news conference, Gov. Andy Beshear again voiced his opposition to gender reassignment surgery for minors and took a swipe at his Republican challenger, Attorney General Daniel Cameron, for emphasizing the issue. “Daniel Cameron has taken this race to the gutter in a way I’ve never seen,” Beshear said. “Right now, I think if you ask him about climate change, I think he’ll say it’s caused by children in gender reassignment surgeries.” Cameron has accused Beshear of lying about whether he supports transgender procedures for children. As Kentucky Today reported, the University...

SANTA CRUZ — From an early age, Pasha Wrangell felt different. Societal expectations of boys, and many characteristics of masculinity, did not match how Wrangell felt inside. Bullied and ostracized, Wrangell started repressing those feelings in middle school and kept them bottled up for a long time. That led to decades of sadness, isolation, and even a couple of suicide attempts. What gnawed at Wrangell was gender dysphoria, a condition widely acknowledged in the medical community, which causes severe distress to people whose sexual identity does not match their sex assigned at birth.

Children as young as seven will get transgender treatment on the NHS, according to plans seen by The Telegraph. In details of the new service to replace the controversial Tavistock clinic, NHS England has set out how it will limit the use of puberty blockers and ban activists and teachers from referring children for treatment. For the first time, it has set a minimum age of seven for referral to the gender identity clinics. These children will be offered psychological support and therapy that will focus on issues that may have led to their feelings about their gender. However, experts...

If you’ve seen Matt Walsh’s invaluable documentary What Is a Woman?, you know that it was, in large part, a circus parade of credentialed freaks – out-and-out train wrecks who, incredibly enough, are certified as psychiatrists or psychologists and are therefore actually permitted to “treat” children and young people who’ve been convinced that they’re trans. The only responsible-minded mental-health professional in the whole film (unless I’m forgetting somebody) was a child psychiatrist named Miriam Grossman. The moment her segment began, you knew she was going to be the truth-teller in the bunch: whereas you could discern the madness in her...

School districts across California are on a recruitment spree, doing what they can to enroll the state’s 4-year-olds into their year-old pre-K or “transitional kindergarten” (TK) program. Districts are trying to sell parents on TK by using school banners, bus bench ads, billboards, and texting and robocall campaigns. The $2.7 billion plan aims to have 400,000 4-year-olds enrolled by 2025, but it has been off to a sluggish start. Estimates from the Legislative Analyst’s Office put average daily attendance for the 2022-2023 school year at about 91,000, well short of Gov. Gavin Newsom’s estimates. The idea of having the government in...

This is one issue that I’ve been wrestling with here for several years now. For the longest time, Americans grew used to placing their trust in the medical profession. When you ran into a health problem, you went to see a doctor or perhaps get checked in at a hospital. While not all care is equal, actual doctors were assumed to know a lot more than the layman and were bound by a professional code of ethics to “do the right thing” and to “first do no harm.” They were far more trusted than politicians and for good reason. But...

Woman claims doctors led her down a path of no return while she was a teenager.. A young Texas woman has filed a lawsuit for more than $1 million in damages, claiming that doctors pressured her into gender-reassignment procedures, resulting in a “botched” double mastectomy and irrevocable harm. Soren Aldaco, 21, filed the medical negligence and malpractice lawsuit (pdf) on July 21 in Tarrant County, Fort Worth, against five medical providers and their employees. The lawsuit named Del Scott Perry with Texas Health Physicians Group, Sreenath Nekkalapu with Mesa Springs, Barbara Rose Wood with Three Oaks Counseling Group, and Richard...

A new report shows that laws enacted by red states to ban so-called “gender transition” surgeries and other procedures have severely impacted clinics and other facilities that previously provided such treatment. As reported by the Daily Caller, the study in the American Medical Association’s JAMA shows that, out of 271 gender clinics across the country, at least 70 are now “inactive” due to bans implemented by 20 different states. The survey also confirms that at least 30 percent of all minors between the age of 13 and 17 who believe themselves to be “transgender,” a total of roughly 89,100, are...

One of the first studies into the side effects of transgender surgeries has revealed alarmingly high rates of post-op pain, aching during intercourse, and bladder problems, raising troubling questions for this new frontier of medicine. A huge majority - 81 percent - of those who had surgery on their genitals in the past five years said they endured pain simply from moving around in the weeks and months after going under the knife. Researchers from the University of Florida and Brooks Rehabilitation, a health non-profit, showed that more than half of trans surgery patients endured pain during sex, and nearly...

WARNING GRAPHIC CONTENT A young Texas woman is suing the doctors who put her on testosterone at age 17 and botched her double breast removal the next year, saying they should have treated her for depression and anxiety instead. Soren Aldaco, 21, says she was confused, autistic, depressed and anxious when doctors in Fort Worth and Austin encouraged her to become a boy, take cross-sex hormones and later have both breasts removed. In her 29-page complaint, she says doctors acted more like 'ideologues', pushing her to transition, not discussing alternatives, and 'irreversibly disfiguring and disabling' her with a shoddy mastectomy....

A young male, who formerly identified as a transwoman, who was castrated and became a "patient for life" as part of "gender-affirming care," wants to warn others not to follow in his footsteps. He discussed his story of resilience and learning to accept himself for who he is for the first time with Fox News Digital. Kobe, whose name is being withheld for privacy reasons, had "checked every box for what they call a trans adolescent." He was always "effeminate" and loved pink and playing with Barbies. If he was never exposed to gender ideology, he says he'd probably "would...
