Five transsexuals are suing a pub boss who threw them out after one of the group used the ladies' loos. Landlord John Gawthorp says he asked the group to leave after other customers threatened to beat them up. Mr Gawthorp, who is fighting the case at Northampton County Court, has branded the action "ludicrous".
